Our team is built to take on projects that are tactical and focused. We don’t do long projects without clear, obtainable goals or end dates.
Other consultancies thrive on long, wandering projects with vague objectives. That’s not Paca – we excel at delivering very focused projects with clear, tangible outcomes.

We recognize that customers may make game-time decisions that alter the work being done. When those changes arise, we course-correct quickly.
We shoot straight.
We are proud of what we do – but we're also comfortable telling you when other expertise may be needed. If a project's scope expands, we'll be the first to let you know if we are well-suited to assist or if other expertise is needed. We've made conscious decisions to not take on projects that we weren't the right team for.
We don’t add Project Manager overhead to our projects.
Because of the projects we take on, we don’t have PMs. While they may be necessary for some large consultancies or projects, our approach intentionally removes that level of overhead. You’ll communicate directly with the principal on your project – never thru a PM.
Typically, when we have multiple Paca resources in client meetings, we only charge for one resource.
If it’s necessary for two or more Paca experts to meet to discuss/design on a project, we don’t double-charge. It’s part of our commitment to getting the right solution for our customers, with minimal surprise.
Our internal cost structure is ridiculously low.
Our tools and infrastructure are purpose-built to be 100% virtual. No brick-and-mortar office space, no hardware, almost no administrative overhead. More than 90% of Paca resources are directly focused on delivering projects. All the tools we use are selected for collaboration and scalability.

If we work less than agreed, we invoice for less.
If we work more than agreed, we don’t invoice more.
We structure our consulting agreements to ensure we discuss any upward trends in time or fees before they show up in invoices. We are always ready to adjust the pace or resources to stay on schedule – and it’s always your call.
